Are lunch/dinner included in the tours?
This varies by tour. You can check the meal situation on the "Inclusions" and "Exclusions" tabs on the tour detail page.
Is there a meal option for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets?
For our tours that include meals, if you inform your supplier of your dietary preferences using the supplier contact information provided during booking or at least 24 hours before the tour, they will assist with menu adjustments within their capabilities.
In which languages do tours offer guided services?
Our tours generally offer guided services in Turkish and English, depending on the participation of local and foreign tourists. You can see the "Guide language" options offered in the tour details.
Are museum and historical site entrance fees included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, museum, national park, and historical site entrance fees are not included in the tour price. You can check the descriptions in the tour details when booking.
Is photography and videography done during the tour?
Professional photography and videography services are offered on some of our tours (especially safaris, rafting, etc.), and this service may be subject to an additional fee. You can check this in the "Included / Not Included" section.
Can the tour program flow (route) change during the tour?
Our guide has the authority to make minor changes to the flow of the tour program in cases of necessity such as road conditions, density, adverse weather, or security, in favor of the guests.
