How do I cancel before the tour starts?
Log in to your account, go to the upcoming tours tab in the My Reservations section, select the relevant tour, and click the Cancel button. You can cancel most tours up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. The cancellation period is specified within the tour descriptions.
What happens if I cannot attend the tour?
No refund is provided if you do not attend the tour. Please cancel within the timeframe specified in the tour description. Full refunds can be issued in cases where you cannot attend the tour due to a supplier issue (e.g., supplier not picking you up).
Is the cancellation process different for group reservations?
For group reservations and all your reservations, the cancellation period may vary for each tour and is specified in the tour description section. Cancellations made within the period specified in the tour description will receive a full refund.
