How do I reset my password?

Click on the login button located in the top right corner of the website, select "Login" from the opened menu, and on the page that appears, click the "Forgot Password" button located below the password input field. After entering your registered email address on the screen that opens, simply click the "Password Reset" button. You will receive an email to set your new password. You can create your new password by clicking on the password creation link in the email.

Open the TravelTourShop application from your Android or Apple device. Click on the "Profile" section located in the bottom right corner, and then click on the "Forgot Password" link in the bottom right corner of the Password entry field. On the screen that opens, after entering your registered email address, simply press the "Send Reset Link" button. You will receive an email to set your new password. You can create your new password by clicking on the password creation link in the email.
