How can I create an account from the website?
Click on the login icon located in the top right corner of our Traveltourshop.com website.
Using the "SIGN UP" button on the screen that opens, fill in the requested information and complete your customer registration.
After your registration process, an email will be sent to you to verify your email address. You will need to enter the verification code in this email during your first login.
How can I register via the mobile app on Apple and Google?
Open our mobile app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
After clicking on the profile icon located at the bottom right corner, reach the registration screen by sliding the screen to the right or by pressing the information (i) button located at the top right corner.
Complete your registration by entering the requested information.
Following your registration process, an email will be sent to you to verify the email address you provided. You will need to enter the verification code included in this email during your first login.

Activate your account by entering this verification code, sent to your email, in the designated field during your first login to the platform.
