When and how will my invoice be sent?

Your invoice will be automatically sent as an e-archive/e-invoice to your membership email 3 days after your tour takes place.

Can you issue a corporate invoice in the company's name?

Yes, you just need to select the "Corporate" option in the "Invoice Information" section during booking and enter your company title, tax office, and tax number.

Can I change the information on my invoice later?

Invoice information can be changed if you inform our support team before your invoice is issued and sent to you. Legally, changes cannot be made to issued invoices.

  1. Specify Billing InformationWhen completing your reservation, you can choose whether your invoice will be issued for an individual or a company:
    • Individual Invoice: Issued with your personal information by default.
    • Corporate Invoice: If you want to have an invoice issued in your company's name, select the "Corporate" option from the "Billing Information" section on the payment page. Then, you just need to enter your company name, tax office, and tax identification number.
  2. Revise Billing InformationIf you notice an error in the billing information you entered during booking:
    • You can update your information by contacting our support team before your invoice has been issued (i.e., before your tour has started or been completed).
    • Important Note: Due to legal regulations, it is not possible to make any subsequent changes to invoices that have already been issued and sent to you.
  3. Invoice DeliveryThe invoice for the tour you have paid for will be issued in accordance with legal procedures after your trip has ended:
    • Your invoice will be automatically prepared 3 days after your tour is successfully completed.
    • Your prepared e-archive invoice will be sent to your registered email address as a digital file (PDF).
