How do I update my profile information on the website?
- Click on the login icon located in the top right corner of our Traveltourshop.com website.
- Log in by entering the email address and password you used during registration.
- Click on the button in the top right corner that displays the initials of your first and last name, and then click on the "MY PROFILE" heading.
- On the page that opens, edit the information you wish to change, and then save your changes by clicking the "Save Changes" button in the bottom right corner.
How do I update my profile information via the Apple and Google mobile app?
- Open our mobile application, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- After clicking on the profile icon located in the bottom right corner, log in using the username and password you provided during registration.
- After logging in, click on the profile icon in the bottom right corner, edit the information you wish to change in the "My Profile Information" section, and then ensure your changes are saved by using the "Save Profile" button at the very bottom.
