How do I find the service I'm looking for?

TravelTourShop.com is equipped with multiple search engines and filtering systems.
You can access all activities within a city by selecting the city you are interested in, and you can narrow down your searches by specifying your tour type and destinations using the filtering options, thus reaching the activity you want more easily.
You can search by typing the word you want to search for in the search bar located at the top of the TravelTourShop.com website and application screen.
You can access your preferred tours by selecting the tour type you are interested in from the tour types on the TravelTourShop.com website and application screen.

How do I book a service or tour?

Click the login button
If you have a membership, enter your details and log in
If you don't have a membership, click on one of the Sign Up / Sign in with Google options to become a member
Click the "Check Availability" button for the tours or services you are interested in
After selecting the date and number of people, add them to your cart by clicking "Proceed to Cart"
Click the "Proceed" button to check your personal information and fill in your billing information, then click the "Proceed to Payment" button
After selecting your payment method, you will be directed to the payment page. After entering your card details, a bank confirmation will appear and you will be informed that your reservation has been successfully received.

When will my reservation be confirmed?

Your reservation will be confirmed after the completion of your payment, and information regarding your reservation will be sent to you via SMS and Email. The contact details of the provider who will serve you will be shared with you in the reservation confirmation email and SMS. You can contact your provider to share the necessary information (transfer point, service variety, etc.) with your provider.

Additional Services and Fees for Tours?

Within the tour you are interested in, under the "Included" heading, you can see the services included in the price you will pay.
Services you will see under the "Not Included" heading within the tour you are interested in may not be provided; if they are provided, they will be subject to an extra charge.

Tour Duration and Route Information

You can find all the details related to the tour you are interested in, such as duration, route, meeting point, etc., in the Tour Description section within the tour. You can inform your supplier about operational details such as your transfer point by using the supplier contact information shared with you after booking. Your supplier will contact you at the latest one day before your tour date to receive operational information from you.

I can't find the meeting point?

The locations of the meeting points are included in the tour descriptions. Find your relevant tour under the 'My Bookings' section, enter the tour, and reach your meeting point using the location information in the description.
If you are still having trouble finding your meeting point, the contact information of the tour provider is included in the SMS and email sent to you during your booking. Please contact your tour provider and expect them to assist you.

I'm running late for the tour, what should I do?

You need to contact your tour provider using the contact information sent to you via SMS and email during your reservation. In cases of lateness, the initiative rests entirely with the tour provider. They will assist you if it does not affect other guests or the operational flow.

Are there items I forgot or lost during the tour?

You are solely responsible for any lost or forgotten items. You can get information by contacting your tour provider. You can find the contact information of the tour provider in the SMS and email sent to you during your reservation.

Rescheduling the Reservation

In case of changes in your travel plans, you can cancel your existing reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the event time (this period may vary depending on the service type. You can find information about the cancellation period in the tour descriptions), get a full refund, and make a new purchase according to your new travel plan.

Adding Additional Participants to a Reservation

If you wish to attend an event with more people than you specified during the reservation, you will need to create a new reservation for the additional individuals. It is not possible to update the number of participants for an existing reservation.

Contact Tour / Service Provider

The contact information for the tour / service provider is included in the SMS and emails sent to you with your booking.

Your Experiences and Reviews

Your completed tours can be found under the "Completed" tab in the "My Bookings" section. For completed tours, there is a "Leave a Review" button next to the respective tour. By using this button, you can rate your experiences, share your reviews and photos with people who will book the tour after you, and assist them in their tour selections.
