I was really disappointed with my experience on the day of the tour, our transfer never showed up when I called them they said they had mixed us up with another group and asked if we could go the next day instead I was only in Antalya for 4 days so losing one whole day of my trip because of their mistake was really frustrating I asked for a refund, but they didn't seem to care or try to help In the end I contacted travel tour shop and they were amazing they arranged a free transfer to the airport for me which I really appreciated their customer service was much better than the tour company's I wouldn't book this tour again
